Hatha yoga is a type of yoga that emphasizes holding poses for long periods of time. It is made up of three main practices: body postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Meet your yoga teacher:
Marina Wagener was searching for life-altering exercise for her body and mind when she discovered the power of yoga in 2012, and she’s never looked back. She fell in love with the soul-enriching poses and meditation, finding yoga to be an uplifting force in her life; a force that she wished to share with others too.
In 2015, she completed her Yoga Teacher’s Training Course at Living Yoga in Johannesburg, and has been teaching Hatha Yoga for the last nine years. She is eternally grateful to all her teachers: past, present and future, as she believes we can learn from all living things.
Today, yoga is no longer simply part of Marina’s daily routine, it is her way of life. She aims to help her students find grace, balance and inner peace, on an unforgettable journey of mindful enrichment.
